Minimum enrollment, capacity, and cancellation policy:

This one-day, in-person lab requires a minimum of five participants to run and is limited to 10 participants due to the hands-on format.

Enrollment will be confirmed by March 20, 2026.

If minimum enrollment is not met by that date, the lab will be canceled. Registrants will receive a refund minus non-refundable payment processing fees, or may elect to apply the full amount as a credit toward a future VHSF lab or program.

Early registration is encouraged, as confirmation depends on reaching the minimum enrollment.
