Enrollment Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the program, I acknowledge that I have reviewed, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Compliance

I certify that I have reviewed and agree to comply with all program-specific instructions, requirements, and policies provided on the VHSF website, within the program materials, and in the applicable syllabus.

2. Accuracy of Information

I certify that all information and statements I provide in connection with my enrollment or participation are accurate, current, and complete to the best of my knowledge.

3. Completion Requirements for Continuing Education Credit

I understand that continuing education credit or Continuing Education Units (CEUs) cannot be guaranteed unless I successfully complete all required components of the program in accordance with the applicable program requirements.

4. Intellectual Property, Content Protection, and Individual Account Access

I understand and acknowledge that all program materials and content provided through Virtual Hand to Shoulder Fellowship, LLC (VHSF), including but not limited to live and recorded lectures, videos, presentations, slides, handouts, graphics, photographs, illustrations, case studies, clinical materials, assessments, quizzes, course documents, written materials, and other educational resources, are owned by or licensed to VHSF and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

My enrollment provides me with a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access program content solely for my own educational use.

I may not share my username, password, account, login credentials, course links, or any other means of accessing program content with another person. I may not permit another individual, group, organization, employer, or educational institution to access or participate in VHSF content through my enrollment or account.

I may not copy, reproduce, record, photograph, screenshot, download except where expressly permitted, distribute, publish, transmit, upload, post, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative educational materials from VHSF content without prior written authorization from VHSF.

Program content may not be uploaded to file-sharing services, educational repositories, social media platforms, artificial-intelligence platforms or systems, or other third-party platforms without prior written permission from VHSF.

I understand that VHSF materials may not be used to teach or train others, develop another course or educational product, or for commercial purposes without express written authorization from VHSF.

Enrollment does not transfer ownership of any VHSF intellectual property or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, or repurpose VHSF content beyond the individual educational use expressly permitted by the program.

I understand that unauthorized access, sharing, reproduction, distribution, or use of program content may result in termination of my program access without refund and may subject me to remedies available to VHSF under applicable law.

5. Patient Care and Mentorship

I understand that clinical mentorship, case discussion, or educational guidance provided through the program is intended for educational purposes and does not replace direct communication with referring physicians, surgeons, or other members of a patient's healthcare team.

I remain responsible for my own clinical decision-making and for ensuring that patient care is consistent with applicable laws, professional standards, my scope of practice, and any protocols, precautions, or progressions established by the referring physician or surgeon.

6. VAT, Taxes, Duties, and Fees

I understand that enrollment fees may be exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and other taxes, duties, or governmental fees that may apply based upon my location. I am responsible for any such additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by my jurisdiction.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

I understand that personal, health, patient, or case-related information shared in connection with the program must be handled confidentially and may not be disclosed without appropriate authorization or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

I agree to comply with all confidentiality, privacy, and data-protection requirements applicable to my professional practice and location, including HIPAA in the United States, GDPR in the European Union where applicable, and other applicable privacy or professional regulations.

8. Program Modifications

I understand that VHSF may make reasonable modifications to program content, faculty, scheduling, format, requirements, or policies when necessary.

When material changes occur, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate those changes to participants and, where appropriate, accommodate affected learners. I understand that program modifications do not automatically entitle me to a full or partial refund except as specifically provided under the applicable refund policy.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand the refund and cancellation policy applicable to my program.

I understand that enrollment fees are subject to the published refund and cancellation terms and that, once access to program content has been provided, fees are nonrefundable as specified in the applicable program documentation.

Final Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that I have reviewed, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions above. I specifically acknowledge that my enrollment and access to VHSF educational content are for my individual use only, that access may not be shared or transferred, and that VHSF program content and intellectual property may not be reproduced, distributed, repurposed, or used outside the permissions expressly granted by VHSF.
